Delicious Food Palai Rinuak Typical Ranah Minang West Sumatra






Rinuak is a type of fish with a mini size, about the shape of anchovy terrain that is known to many people. But this rinuak slightly different slightly because of this rinuak fish only in Maninjau lake in West Sumatra. Rinuak is a typical fish from Maninjau Lake, and will not find this fish in other areas. Maninjau lake which is one of the tourist assets in West Sumatra is indeed saved very many advantages, one of which is rinuak that can be made into various foods and also cuisine.



People around the lot who work as fishermen in the lake maninjau, and also rinuak become one of the targets for the catch of the masters. The rinuak that have been captured and also sold to surrounding markets on the lake have usually been valued quite expensive, especially sold to tourists who come. This is very natural course, because the fish rinuak will not be taken out of Maninjau with a long time, unlike rendang or also other fish.



Rinuak fish will die when captured, unlike most common fish, can still be given oxygen in plastic. This is because the tourists who want to enjoy the fish rinuak indeed have to be the location of this lake Maninjau. This rinuak can actually be taken away, but must be in a fried condition, and without any mixture. The dried rinuak that has been fried can usually last a bit longer, and can also be brought as a food on the way, or also by the souvenir.



Processed rinuak is very much, starting with ordinary frying, then fried balado, dipalai (dipped), then made so boil or (fried), digulai, and many more kinds of other rinuak fish processing.
